Chilton, Oxon Web Sites

Chilton is an old village, one of the most southerly parishes of Oxfordshire, located on the Berkshire Downs in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just to the North of the Ridgeway National Trail.
The parish is divided into 2 parts by a four lane highway, the A34.

Residents traditionally earned their living by working on the flat area known as Chilton Field and lived in the hillier part to the East. There are several parts to this page:
